Let me interrupt your Thursday with a beautiful engagement session…trust me…its definitely worth it. Last night I spent the beautiful evening with Michael and Haley at Campbell University, the place where it all started for them. Michael and Haley actually met at Campbell University their freshman year on a blind date. I’d say they were both blessed to have met each other at such a young age. They have been able to share so much together and walk through many seasons of life hand in hand. Walking around campus with them both, I was quickly able to see the love Haley and Michael share for each other. What I loved most about them is how genuine they are individually and as a couple. I adore this couple and how beautiful they are inside and out.
(A little side story: Last night when arrived at Campbell University I was quickly reminded of Gods faithfulness. As many of you know Campbell holds a special place in my heart. As I was waiting for Michael and Haley to arrive I began to unpack my equipment. When I looked up there sat a little cross. For me, this little cross served as a form of encouragement to me. No matter what you are walking through in life- the cross will always be there. Death has been defeated. I did leave the cross because I wanted it to serve as an encouragement to the next person as it was to me.)
