You know… it really saddens me to be sitting here writing this blog post. How is it that Bella is already a senior and will be leaving for college next year?? (Someone grab me a box of Kleenex’s.)
I have had the pleasure of knowing this beautiful young lady for the past couple of years and her presence radiates the love of Jesus. Bella is a woman of strong character….the type of character that goes before her. She has the brightest spirit that radiates a joy deep within. She is a light that encourages everyone she comes in contact with. Drop dead gorgeous. (I mean just look at her portraits.) Talented. Boy can the girl sing…she has such a powerful voice. Leader. I mean the list could go on and on. God has truly gifted this young lady and is calling her to big things. I am so excited for the journey Bella is fixing to embark on as she heads off to Lee University to pursue her dreams.
When Bella asked me to capture her senior portraits I was honored. I knew I wanted a location to capture her personality. She shared some of her thoughts and I began to brainstorm. I visited this cute new coffee shop in downtown Selma, Coffee on Raiford and was instantly inspired so I pitched the idea and bam we made magic. I was also so pumped to find the flower field.
The most important aspect of her senior portraits that Bella asked me to capture was her parents praying over her and the journey that is ahead of her. I adore the Cornett family! They have been such an encouragement to me over the past few years and I am so thankful for their leadership at Princeton Church. It’s my prayer that The Lord go before Bella and pour His abundant blessings over her future. Joshua 1:9
